    Congratulations Buldo & Ziff!


    Michael Buldo, AIA:


    Marchetto Higgins Stieve architects has recently promoted Michael Buldo, AIA to Partner.

    Michael Buldo spearheads the construction document team for the firm and has been elevated to the role of Principal. Buldo has been instrumental over the previous 20 years, leading multiple teams and building excellent relationships with both clients and consultants. Building upon these relationships, Buldo delivers well-coordinated projects and makes certain stringent timelines are met.

    After hundreds of buildings and thousands of residential units, Buldo is an expert with building codes and all construction typologies. He ensures high standards with a focus on quality materials, expert installation, and state-of-the-art construction techniques.

    Currently working with multiple projects and their project teams, Buldo focuses and thrives on meticulous attention to detail bringing the construction documents to a new level of completeness and coordination resulting in high-quality, sustainable multifamily buildings that MHS Architects is known for.



    Brian Ziff, LEED AP:


    Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects has recently promoted Brian Ziff to the role of BIM Director. As BIM Director, Brian will plan, manage, and orchestrate the implementation and application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our design and documentation processes. In addition to being responsible for BIM Project setup, modeling, and documentation, Brian will be training, supervising, and mentoring users on BIM processes, workflows, and best practices in order to help ensure and maintain consistency and quality while increasing productivity and efficiency. Ziff has successfully developed and now maintains our office’s BIM template and extensive library, as well as our office’s detailed and comprehensive BIM Project Manual and Implementation Plan. In a strategic effort to deploy BIM effectively and efficiently office-wide, Ziff has the enthusiasm and expertise to succeed.
