Four acres of parking lots adjacent to the central business district of Morristown, N.J. is now the place to live. The plan for this mixed-use redevelopment is organized around a new central public park with pedestrian-only connections to the town center. The phase 1, 5-story building contain 268 residential units and 351 parking spaces. This is a form-based code that incorporates context-sensitive architectural design controls, landscaping, and sustainability requirements. Phase 1 was completed in 2013.
